This company got my debit card number, so how? I was looking at a coat, and the next thing I know, the order had been placed.
I tried, as soon as it happened, to cancel the order. They have not been responsive. I have contacted Wells Fargo for assistance, and they refuse to hold this merchant accountable.
They are saying it's my fault. They are not really investigating the company at all.

Extremely long delivery time and product quality poor and sizing off
Waited 3 months to receive 3 items. The first item received was a romper.
It was one of the most unflattering fitting clothing Ive ever tried on. There is no shape to it, the crotch area gathers extra material, it resembles nothing like the picture except for the color and print. The second item was a dress that was atleast a full size too big although the same size as the rest of the items. This is the second time Ive ordered from this company and the second time Ive been disappointed and ended up with clothing I cant wear due to the way it was made, poor quality, poor material, and incorrect and inconsistent sizing.
Also there is no customer service number to contact to immediately resolve these issues! I request a full refund for these items that wouldnt fit anyone, and it has an unappealing odor.

Won’t give a refund because they sent me a piece of trash
The dress I ordered is not what they sent its a completely different color it all around looks like a Halloween costume that a 10year old made. When I asked to return it they said they would only be giving me a 30% off coupon or $17.99 back yet I paid $79 for the dress. After waiting weeks for the dress to come my birthday is now ruined because I have nothing to where and they wont give me my money back.

I received this message from the app: 'Would you like to provide your order number or the email address and name you used to place your order? We can track your order for you.' Once I submitted the order number, the bot then responded with: 'Dear customer, we found that the package of your order was lost during transportation.'
Needless to say, I am livid...
no item received or refund given; the item was $100. This was my first time using Lorgal Clothing Company, and I am very unsatisfied with the company.
It is now four months, and I have reached out to them several times and have been given the runaround. I paid for an item I do not have in hand; because of it, I missed my sister's wedding.

A response after 15 days that order was backed up, but after last flex pay order show up on door step 35 days later had I known I would had payed total up front . Order takes too long to be shipped to my door it was over a month long if I had known I would have never ordered from this company L I ordered in June it came July 25.
